Guy was absolutely amazing at helping us find our house! It was our first time ever buying a home, so we felt quite lost and overwhelmed but Guy was incredibly patient with everything. We were a bit uncertain what we actually wanted when we started looking, but Guy was great at helping us see a variety of places so we could get a feel for what style of house we wanted and then once we narrowed down our preferences Guy was able to set up awesome showings and help us find our literal dream home! We were in a bit of a competition for the house offer and there was a lot of time pressure, but Guy was on the phone with us helping us put down the best offer we could and we are so grateful that we were able to get our boosted offer down in time. Guy was also amazing at explaining all of the details of putting down an offer, conditions, home inspection, deposits, etc. For example, it was our first time ever doing a bank draft and Guy was so patient explaining the process to us so we felt more prepared going into the bank. He also referred us to people for the inspection and lawyer, which was so helpful because we didn't know of anyone. We are so happy that we chose to go with Guy for our first home-buying experience, I would 100000% recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor because he was so professional, knowledgeable, and encouraging the whole way through the process. Plus, he was so excited for us throughout the whole process and in the weeks leading up to the possession date, and it made the process a little bit less stressful and a whole lot more fun!!

Guy Cooley and my family have had an incredible experience! The sale of our house was completed in record time and over our asking price! Then came the tough task of finding our next house. I lost count of how many places Guy got us in to check out, but it was a lot! All 90km away from our current house! Guy's patience and knowledge is second to none! After two house deals fell apart, to no fault of Guy, he found us our perfect place! The man is an incredibly hard worker, and won’t stop working until everyone is happy! After our experience together, I feel like I’ve gained a new friend. Amazing realtor and I will definitely recommend him to everyone I know! Thank you so much Guy, it’s been a pleasure.

Guy was recommended by a co-worker for our relocation to the Langdon / Chestermere area. He was very quick to respond to an email enquiry and accommodated our house hunting schedule. Guy is very knowledgeable about the Langdon and Chestermere areas and was able to point out issues in some parts of the communities that we otherwise would not have known. Guy was very helpful in showing us a number of homes and pointed out defects and problems that I never would have seen. Once we chose a house, Guy was very effective in negotiating a good price for the house. His knowledge of the current market was very helpful in preparing an offer and negotiating with the sellers. Guy was also helpful after the offer was accepted in providing fast referrals for home inspections and mortgage services that we are also extremely satisfied with. It was an absolute pleasure house hunting with Guy and I would strongly recommend him to anyone purchasing a home in the area.
