Guy was extremely patient and professional with us in a search for our first family home. We started our search almost 2 years ago, and came across Guy when searching listings in Langdon, AB. We searched high and low, including new builds, older houses and neighbourhoods both in Langdon and in Calgary on and off for these past couple years and Guy was always quick to help us when we requested to see a house, but also patient when we took breaks from our search. He was always forthright about the properties we looked at and would even point out flaws we might have overlooked at times, and we never felt pressured by him to offer on anything we weren't comfortable with. When it finally came time to purchase a house, he helped us every step of the way and secured a reasonable deal with the sellers with very little stress on our part. I would highly recommend using Guy as your realtor. Trust worthy, down to earth and very professional.

Guy was an outstanding advocate is negotiating with the sellers. He was quite knowledgeable in all things related to the purchase of a new home. Guy was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond. We were first time homebuyers and he was able to answer all of our questions, help to manage my worries and walk us through the entire process. We felt well taken care of and very supported. He was quick to respond at all times and had excellent open communication with us. We got to know Guy Cooley quite well, as we viewed a total of 64 homes with him before making our final offer which was accepted. Throughout the entire process Guy was professional, efficient and timely. He maintained contact with us at a crucial time while on family vacation. After a third offer and deal collapsed he continued to look with us and fight for us to find the best home available. I would have no reservations whatsoever in recommending Guy’s services to other potential clients. If you’re not sure, interview a few. Include Guy and see how he performs. I’d you need someone for the long haul, Guy’s definitely your man. In terms of listing your home, it would be important to know that our home was on the market for just two days before we received our first offer. Guy got the listing in the right order at the right time for the right price. He’s my guy for real estate—he could be yours too!!

We could have been any agent's nightmare...we viewed so many properties and made offers and in the end withdrew one offer—it was for our best interests to do that. Through every twist and turn and a few surprises, Guy was patient, encouraging, professional, calm, kind, respectful and supportive. We honestly don't think any other agent would have done nearly as much for us as he did. If there were six stars, I would give him that extra one—he was above and beyond all we expected.

Great interaction with Guy and his experience. Great communication skills and has a very good knowledge of different communities around Calgary. He did really well for us negotiating as well as writing specific clauses in the contract to make sure we were protected. All in all a great experience selling our first home and buying our second. Highly recommend!!
