My place finally sold in Langley BC. I was looking for a place southwest of Calgary. I spoke with my wife’s relatives and they recommended Guy Cooley in Calgary. I gave Guy a call and he started the ball rolling right off the hop. I jumped in my truck and headed for Calgary. When I arrived Guy had everything lined up for viewing. After viewing for a day Guy found my wife and I an absolutely fully opened concept home, it’s was truly amazing but I wanted to see more homes before making an offer on the first day. I didn’t want Fear Of Missing Out to motivate me. After a day and a half of searching with Guy, and yes we looked at some fantastic properties, in my mind we had seen nothing that even compared to the gorgeous property we had seen on the first day. This property was on my mind big-time ever since I had seen it. Close to the end of the third day, Guy leans over and says to me I think you’d better put an offer in on the property you liked. I froze. I knew he was right. The funny thing was I was freakin out inside, I had FOMO on this property. If I had of missed out on the purchase of this property I would have been absolutely devastated, I would have never been able to look at my wife in the face again, it was to good to be true it was a new house I wanted more than ever. I was so glad that Guy was looking out for me. You bet!!! We own it now!!! My son also wanted to move out to Calgary, and things were starting to heat up in the real estate market. Eric gave Guy a call. Wow, let me tell you, Guy found one of the nicest houses Ever! for my Eric. OMG!!!! He bought it SIGHT UNSEEN!!! We went with Guys' expertise and trust. I am absolutely 110% over the top with the outcome my family and I have had with this Realtor. Thanks Guy you’ve changed our lives! GUY COOLEY 110%

Guy was absolutely amazing at helping us find our house! It was our first time ever buying a home, so we felt quite lost and overwhelmed but Guy was incredibly patient with everything. We were a bit uncertain what we actually wanted when we started looking, but Guy was great at helping us see a variety of places so we could get a feel for what style of house we wanted and then once we narrowed down our preferences Guy was able to set up awesome showings and help us find our literal dream home! We were in a bit of a competition for the house offer and there was a lot of time pressure, but Guy was on the phone with us helping us put down the best offer we could and we are so grateful that we were able to get our boosted offer down in time. Guy was also amazing at explaining all of the details of putting down an offer, conditions, home inspection, deposits, etc. For example, it was our first time ever doing a bank draft and Guy was so patient explaining the process to us so we felt more prepared going into the bank. He also referred us to people for the inspection and lawyer, which was so helpful because we didn't know of anyone. We are so happy that we chose to go with Guy for our first home-buying experience, I would 100000% recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor because he was so professional, knowledgeable, and encouraging the whole way through the process. Plus, he was so excited for us throughout the whole process and in the weeks leading up to the possession date, and it made the process a little bit less stressful and a whole lot more fun!!
