<p>Eric Boyd was key to our success as first time home buyers. At first, we planned to embark on the adventure of buying our first home without a realtor, but after meeting Eric we realized he had to be our realtor! His professionalism, knowledge, and honesty allowed for this to be an informative, fun and very rewarding experience. Never did we feel overwhelmed or pressured by Eric, he was always very patient, and excited to tour the many many many properties we asked him to book for us. During the nerve wrecking times of making an offer, the negotiation-which by the way Eric truly is an expert, signing documents, meeting deadlines, and finalizing the purchase of our home, Eric was always there for us, ready to represent us, advice us, guide us, answer our many many questions, and simply to make sure we were doing more than okay!<br /> Thank YOU Eric!</p>

<p>Working with Eric was an excellent experience. He was very professional and knowledgable. Eric was easy-going and available to answer any questions we had when building our house. He was diligent and prompt at getting back to us with concerns we had during the build. He made sure to build a positive relationship with his clients. <p>Eric was great during the sale of my condo. I was leaving the country and needed things to be done smoothly and efficiently. Eric was extremely attentive and was very clear about what we should list it for and why. He made me feel very confident. He ended up selling my condo in 10 days! The buyer even tried to put in some questionable stipulations and Eric handled that really well and they gave in fast. I would definitely recommend Eric as your realtor.</p>

<p>Eric helped us both sell our existing house and find our next home. He is extremely professional, easy to connect with and very accommodating - we looked at number of homes before we found the right one and Eric was patient and gave us consistenly good advice and feedback. We would highly recommend Eric and will absolutely use him for future real estate transactions.</p>

<p>Eric is extremely considerate and dedicated to providing an excellent experience with his clients. He is always quick to respond, and seems to thorougly answer my questions. As, well as being personable, he is straigtforward and honest. We will definitely use him again next sale.</p>

<p>Aside from personally knowing Eric as a great guy, he was quick to impress me with his ability to sell my condo fast and almost at asking price in a very slumping market. I would highly recommend him for his work ethic alone, but he's also very knowledgable in the real estate game and lives and breaths the trends. If you want your place sold and you want someone who will have your back with no c**p, he's the man!</p>
