Eric is very professional in his approach right from the original interview, up to closing. He actively tries to anticipate things that he can do to make the marketing and sale execution process, more convenient, for the seller. I particularly appreciated that he would willingly hold multiple open houses, and is forthright in all of his dealings with this seller.
