My wife and I worked with Eric to buy our first home. As we were first-time home buyers, Eric did an amazing job taking the time to ensure we were familiar and comfortable with the process every step of the way. He took the time to listen to what we were looking for and ensured that we knew the limitations of our budget and helped us stay realistic. In the end, Eric helped us find the perfect house that met all of our criteria while staying within our budget. In all communications, he was very responsive and got back to us quickly. When booking viewings, he worked with us to find a time that fit our schedule as best as possible. Also, when viewing properties, Eric provided his honest input about the house and neighborhood, and ensured that all of our wants and needs were met. Eric also has many great industry connections that we used including mortgage broker, home inspectors, lawyer, and cleaning company. Overall, Eric did an excellent job throughout the entire process which helped reduce the stress involved in buying a house. We will definitely work with him again in the future and we strongly recommend him to anyone looking to work with a high quality, down to earth Realtor.
