Eric helped us find our new home, and sell our condo. He introduced us to the neighbourhood that we purchased our home in, and he was the one that encouraged us to look at what is now our dream home. He was always available to answer any questions we had and extremely knowledgable during the closing of both our condo and the house. I don't think we would have ended up where we are now with out his expertise. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy or sell.

Eric went above and beyond to make my experience in finding the correct home a wonderful experience. There were a few stops and starts along the way and some last minute unsure moments but Eric handled it all in style and reassured me that if I wasn't sure or totally happy that I should take my time. It was absolutely demonstrated to me that Eric was not just about making a sale - he was invested in finding the right home for me. I would highly recommend him to my colleagues, family and friends!

Eric was extremely helpful with the purchase of our first condo. He is knowledgeable and during viewing would often point out positive and negative aspects of a building or unit that we would have never noticed. He is very professional but friendly and you never feel pressured to make any decision which was really nice given how big of a decision buying a place is. We felt like he went out of his way to get to know you personally and to gather information as to what type of place would fit your needs which helped narrow our search and ensure that places we viewed were quality rather quantity. He was always available and responded to all questions and concerns we had right away. We were able to book viewings to fit our busy schedule with ease because he made himself so available. Once we had found a place that we liked his negotiations secured us an unbelievably good price on our condo. He understands the market and will do the research for you prior to these negotiations and we trusted him completely with his assessment of value and what offer and counter offers we should put in. Honestly we could not have been happier with how the process went and I will recommend Eric to everyone and will definitely use him again in the the future for all real estate business.

The TL;DR, if youre looking to buy a house, especially your first, use Eric. My Girlfriend and I just purchased our first home, I knew Eric from a few years back when I first began looking to purchase property, at the time I was young and not in the best position to buy, so I had to take a step back. However I was really happy with the help Eric provided and he made a very strong impression. So when we decided now was the time to buy I immediately reached out for help. I knew what I was getting with Eric, and I was happy to see my Girlfriend put to ease as soon as she met him too. We sat down and went over the things we felt we needed in a home, Eric listened diligently and began to expand on our thoughts and ideas, while bring up things we never even considered. Its so helpful to have that kind of input, the experience can feel overwhelming so having someone to bounce ideas off of really helps to focus and gain perspective. We then began the hunt, booking viewings, pouring over new listings,refining our criteria and coordinating with Eric. this again was where Eric shined, every question was answered with multiple aspects and reasons, we never once felt like we asked something dumb or naive. Every time we went out to view listings we came out more educated and confident. As we narrowed the pool and made an offer Eric began shifting gears to make sure things were coordinated and on track, communicating with our mortgage broker, lawyer, home inspector and Seller. After our first deal fell through (Home inspectors are worth every Cent!) We quickly regrouped and started looking again, with all our previous trial and erroring we quickly found what would become our new home. The Seller had a Realtor who seemed to be difficult, however Eric once again showed his expertise and Professionalism and closed our deal. We are now in our new home and could not be happier, everything from negotiation to possession was handled by the people around us. Eric has the knowledge, Experience and contacts to get everything done for you. I cant recommend Eric enough, if the time ever comes for us to sell and do this all again he will be our first call.
