Avtar has a high level of customer service. He is very professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and a very good communicator. Avtar was very instrumental in preparing me for the selling of my property. He is detailed oriented and all my phone calls and texts were returned promptly. Personable . Always available to answer questions. Great manner! He was able to provide com-parables in the area and explanations for his why he priced the property. Negotiation skills were quick .

The day I called him, he was busy with family business( family get to gather with an out of town family). As soon as he was free from family business, he called that it will take an hour to drive in. If I will be comfortable to talk around 9 and 9:30 pm, I replied will meet tomorrow late morning. He made it on time, talk to us courteously in a good professional way and explained each and everything. He discussed with us what we want and rolled out his plan. He was contacting with us at each and every step( kept us in a loop). I highly recommend him, as a good sales person with an excellent knowledge about his work and excellent communication skills.
