As a first home buyer and a single buyer person I would definitely recommend Avtar. 3 months before I was searching for a home and I have visited approximately 8 realtors, they were only taking my documents and doing nothing about it. Most of the realtors in the market are only looking for customers who have 20% down and wanted to buy a house near million. At the end I met Avtar, he is very welcoming and good listener who understands the situation and comes with a solution. He is the only one realtor I met who bought me an independent house @6% down which is next to impossible in todays market. Till my closing he supported me like a family. I will recommend all the first home single buyers. Commendable job!! Really appreciate his time and support throughout the procedure of buying home.
