We did not hesitate to call on Avtar again when we needed to sell another house. He was quick to get into action and had the correct strategy to get the house sold quickly. We are very happy with the results and would always recommend Avtar to anyone.

I've known Avtar in less than a month. I got his contact from his posters seen in Malton billboards and ad. He is absolutely a blessing. He works best for buyers, have sincere attitude, full of kindness in his heart. He speaks with empathy for his clients. He is a perfect for Real Estate Broker, he "walks the talk". He makes impossible-negative things into positive and real, compared with other agents I tried, who called by phone, who sends email, in Facebook - all working only for money, forcing buyers to increase more offer or not even trying to offer amount specified in the ad. Example if there is a unit price of "$799,000". Other agents, themselves is discouraging the buyer, by saying, "is not okay to offer $799,000". Other agents loved "bully offer". But for Avtar, he will put an offer lower than "$799,000" to assist client save money, he negotiates, and make sure he exercises due diligence finding within the budget. He works for service and relationship. KUDOS for Avtar, Try him, he will make everybody be a winner because he did it for me!

Attributes: High level of patience, well versed with the Market trends, understands the customer psychology and their needs, good listener, promptly responds and the list goes on… Knowing about all his attributes, it was us who decided to contact him to take us in the right direction for a better life. He was like a torch bearer and directed us in the right path. No doubt that the entire process of buying and selling the house at the top of the market was a stressful event, however to him it was a piece of cake, which comes with a lot of experience.
