Avtar was extremely helpful & gave his honest opinion from the start. I noticed he had sold many properties around my area, and I told my daughter about him. My daughter said to me that she had met Avtar at the law office she volunteered at. She told me that he is an excellent realtor. Then we decided to call him, and he evaluated our house and said it was great for the market. He sold our house within two weeks at an over-asking price. My house is the highest-sold property on the street. I was not expecting my house to be sold this quickly. He is a great agent compared to other agents that I tried in the past. They like to rush things. Avatar takes his time to bring the best numbers that a client will be satisfied with. He also explains everything in detail. He was sincere & humble, which is an excellent quality. He is also very honest; the first day we met, he told me he would give his 100% in selling my property over the asking price, which he did.
