I was looking to sell my property and buy a new one. All the agents that I had worked in the past were subpar and unsatisfactory to my needs. I reached out to Avtar on the basis that he had sold a property in Malton, Mississauga area and I was looking to do the same. Long story short, he has excelled at his task at selling my house and found a new home for my family. During my hunt for houses Avtar booked showings for about 50 houses and was willing to show more until he got us what we liked and to our needs. This task has been long and tiresome for me and Avtar has been patient and was willing to do whatever to find our perfect house. His communication and knowledge of the markets are excellent! Only good things to say about our dealings and I hope to use Avtar in the future for my real estate needs. Thank you for everything Avtar!
