Real estate runs in Devon’s blood. His grandfather, Art Sullivan, was a prominent home builder in Calgary in the 1960s, developing much of the neighbourhood of Meadowlark Park in Calgary’s SW. Born and raised in Calgary, Devon has a fondness and appreciation for how the city has grown and changed over the past 30+ years, especially looking back at photos from his grandfather’s building days when homes were selling below $20,000!
A SAIT graduate, Devon honed his impeccable customer service skills through his 20+ year career in the hospitality industry. Working as a general manager for several multi-million-dollar restaurants provided Devon with a lot of experience in working hard and maintaining composure and performance under pressure – both of which are precious skills to have in Calgary’s fast-paced real estate industry.
