Devon was referred to my wife and I by a friend and were we ever glad to have him as our agent. He took the time to ask us lots of questions about our likes and dislikes before suggesting possible homes and areas around Calgary for us to look at. We are relocating from another town so Devon went around to different developments and areas on his own, discussing our needs with developers and other agents to help narrow the search. Devon is very down to earth, easy to talk to, and had our best interest at heart and didn't try to push a particular home or development on us just to make a sale.
