Zee was amazing through the whole process; this was the first time I have sold a house and he guided me through the entire process; recommended how my property should be listed and kept me in the loop on views and feedback.

<p>I met Zee at an open house for a different property my wife saw listed and we wanted to check out further. Though we did not purchase that property, it was a great interaction as I was able to meet Zee. I was skeptical of real estate agents in general, thinking I could do the leg work myself but I realize now that would have been non-ideal. Simply talking with Zee helped remove my hesitations as he has a very honest personality.</p> <p>Zee understands the Calgary market well, and also recognizes the geographical pros and cons that exist within this market. As first time buyers this was a huge benefit. Zee was always well spoken, frank, polite and punctual. At no point did we feel pushed in any direction. Zee is very good at selecting areas for open houses where the traffic pattern would be most helpful in attracting potential buyers as well as giving us tips on how to make our home more beautiful. He was always well dressed, well spoken and knowledgeable on our home and the amenities in the neighbourhood. All items to be signed, meetings and dates to complete and other documents to cancel were presented to us in a timely manner. Negotiating was one of Zee's strong points as we were more that satisfied the results. We have recommended Zee to anyone for a dependable and reliable realtor.
