If you're serious about buying and not just kicking the tires, Zee will work tirelessly for you. He is extremely professional, extremely knowledgeable, his property knowledge is so deep that you will actually have meaningful insight from the material that he provides; both verbally and electronically. He is extremely prompt with replies and extremely easy to get a hold of. He may reply back to you in a matter of seconds - I kid you not. I have already recommended him to my brother and 100% I will recommend him to others and utilize him on my next purchase/sale. If you're not serious about buying/selling don't waste his time :)
