Zee helped us successfully sell during COVID. He was calm & professional all the way. We appreciated his honest & direct approach especially during the market uncertainty. After our initial chat I had access to meaningful market research and his opinion of our homes value in less than 24 hours. His firm, Urban Upgrade, I believe shows the property better than you could ask for. Pictures were a 10/10. Marketing is second to none. Zee provided advice on prepping for photos, prepping for showings, and preparation for the sale with things to do around the home. They even provide assistance to remind you of all the small things you need to do in advance of moving out you which you may forget about (cancel utilities, mail forward etc.). We have to also thank Kayla from their office for diligently handling the admin & details with precision & ease. You truly feel looked after with Zee and Urban Upgrade. Our young boys got to be the heroes who slapped up the sold stickers on the yard sign and were presented with their own trophies for being “awesome” during the process – very nice touch! A friend referred me to Zee and I will do the same to anyone I cross that needs advice or help with buying/selling. It was white glove service from beginning to end with the sale of our home! Though we did not purchase that property, it was a great interaction as I was able to meet Zee. I was skeptical of real estate agents in general, thinking I could do the leg work myself but I realize now that would have been non-ideal. As first time buyers this was a huge benefit. Zee was always well spoken, frank, polite and punctual. At no point did we feel pushed in any direction.
