Best REALTOR ever! Zee was fantastic to work with for our recent sale and purchase. His insight on things to look for and, more importantly, what not to look for in a new house was very useful. Great communication, marketing, education, and setting of expectations through both the sale and purchase. We don't plan on moving anytime soon, but if we did, Zee would be our guy, and should be yours too. -Plus, his Christmas cards are the cherry on top.

Zee and the Urban Upgrade Team were essential in helping us sell our long-term rental unit in Bridgeland in an uncertain market. This was our 3rd transaction with the team and we will 100% use them again for the next property we buy or sell! This was out second time working with Zee. We had pretty specific requirements if we were going to sell. He showed us multiple options that met our needs and when we knew what building we wanted to be in; went over and above to find us the perfect suite.

Zee and my family spent a lot of time together and Zee sent me endless research on properties in many different communities. Between the detailed spreadsheets and international communication, over time we settled on the most amazing property we could have ever hoped for in the Heritage Pointe area. Zee truly never gave up! He is very patient and did not pressure us to hurry up. His knowledge of the market conditions coupled with his amazingly warm personality made for a great buying experience.
