Willa was a pleasure to work with when I sold my Richmond condo (a rental investment). She took care of all the needed items (MLS listing details, scheduling and handling of showings with prospective customers, property inspections). Handling of documents was very easy and all done online (via DocuSign) so we never had any delays caused by a need for a physical signature.

I cannot express enough how happy I am with Willa and her expertise as my realtor. We were looking for a realtor who is not too pushy trying to make quick sale instead of caring for our needs and wants. She is honest to the core, extremely quick on her feet getting things done properly and thoroughly and does thorough research on house hunting for us and provides us with feedback and professional advice on locations and house value. Every time I have a question for her, she always does research and get back to me right away. Her strategy to sell our house is top notch and sold our house at the price we both love. We didn't want to have open house so she managed to attract more than 50 groups to private showing of our houses and got us 16 offers for a tiny house. Just wow. I'm extremely impressed with her professionalism, hard work and her strategies. She truly shows she cares for her clients by putting our needs and wants on top of just making sale. I definitely will recommend her to all my family and friends. Would I hire her again to sell/buy a property? Hell yes!
