I cannot express enough how happy I am with Willa and her expertise as my realtor. We were looking for a realtor who is not too pushy trying to make quick sale instead of caring for our needs and wants. She is honest to the core, extremely quick on her feet getting things done properly and thoroughly and does thorough research on house hunting for us and provides us with feedback and professional advice on locations and house value. Every time I have a question for her, she always does research and get back to me right away. Her strategy to sell our house is top notch and sold our house at the price we both love. We didn't want to have open house so she managed to attract more than 50 groups to private showing of our houses and got us 16 offers for a tiny house. Just wow. I'm extremely impressed with her professionalism, hard work and her strategies. She truly shows she cares for her clients by putting our needs and wants on top of just making sale. I definitely will recommend her to all my family and friends. Would I hire her again to sell/buy a property? Hell yes!

Willa is such a wonderful person and amazing realtor. She made finding my new home a pleasant and fun experience. Her communication skills are top tier and was very open and honest with me about the places I was looking at and when they were overpriced; always quick to respond to a text or phone call with any questions I had. I could trust her knowledge and felt at ease knowing she was doing what was best for me. Willa has patience and never made me feel rushed into buying a place; we were on my schedule and did what was right for my needs and wants. She is great at negotiating and was able to get me the price I wanted, even when it didn't look like the sellers were going to go any lower. I will certainly be contacting Willa whenever I decide to sell my new home.
