Willa was superb in every manner. Although newer to the game, Willa appeared to have the knowledge and experience of a seasoned real estate agent. She determined what my parameters were, and located only specific properties that might be suitable and satisfy my requirements. She promptly responded to all my inquiries and worked diligently on my behalf. She gathered information concerning specific areas and she didn't hesitate to express her pros and cons that she considered would be beneficial to helping me make a final determination. She was always prompt, bright and energetic. Ultimately she wrote a very good offer which was ultimately accepted and soon I will be in my new abode. I would highly recommend her as an agent, whether buying a new place or selling your existing residence. Thank you Willa!

Willa works really hard for her clients. We were having a tough time selling our condo because of the current market situation but she pulls it through for us like a flash. We were so happy to work with her and will definitely use her services for our next purchases/selling.

If I could I would rate Willa 10/5 stars. She was beyond our expectations. This was our first time working with a commercial realtor, and Willa has been nothing but understanding. She is extremely patient and kind while answering our questions. Although the property we are looking at is very small, she still treated us as if we were a big client. She consistently is looking our for our best interest. She provides us with her honest and genuine opinion. I would recommend her to anyone I know.
