Willa Wong is an excellent agent! She seems to be working 24/7 and was always able to reply to my via email, instant message or phone call seemingly within minutes of me trying to reach her! I would highly recommend Willa to anyone considering buying a home. As this was my first home buying experience, I had no idea what to expect or the process of purchasing a home. Willa walked myself and my wife through each step, made sure we fully understood what was going on and completely removed all the stress that comes along with making such an important decision and purchase. Willa went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable with everything, and even recommended a lawyer for me, who I ended up going with, totally stream-lining the whole process, and making sure everything went along smoothly.
