I have bought and sold real estate my whole life and I have never dealt with a more professional, dedicated and client focused agent like Wendy Berke. I only had two days in Victoria to look for a condo and she had numerous showings which all met my criteria (no wasted ones) and I was able to find the exact condo I wanted. But it doesn't end there. Wendy negotiated a great price and her attention to detail regarding all documents related to the condo (building policies, strata documents, insurance details etc) have gone over and above any agent I have ever used and she is even helping in my move by working with my movers for parking permits and access for them for delivery. I would highly recommend her !
