Wendy worked with us for over a year. She showed us many homes during that period of time. We had a fairly clear idea of what we were looking for and waited until we found it. Wendy was always patient and very often made suggestions about why something wasn’t suitable for us. Something we hadn’t thought about ourselves. Wendy is always ready to jump in and do what needs to be done, including lying flat on the floor in a closet looking down into a crawlspace. She responds promptly to your request and offers great advice about what the best direction might be. When we did find our dream home Wendy was amazing and helping us put in an offer; get our home ready for sale and make all the arrangements to to list it on MLS very quickly. We successfully sold our home and bought our new home and we have Wendy to thank for it. We have no hesitation in recommending Wendy to anyone who would want her to want to use her as a real estate agent, she’s great to work with.

I have bought and sold real estate my whole life and I have never dealt with a more professional, dedicated and client focused agent like Wendy Berke. I only had two days in Victoria to look for a condo and she had numerous showings which all met my criteria (no wasted ones) and I was able to find the exact condo I wanted. But it doesn't end there. Wendy negotiated a great price and her attention to detail regarding all documents related to the condo (building policies, strata documents, insurance details etc) have gone over and above any agent I have ever used and she is even helping in my move by working with my movers for parking permits and access for them for delivery.
