Frank went above and beyond , and made us feel comfortable and in control of every decision. He has a lot of connections, and gave us recommendations on who to use. He even brought a work associate to help with our three young children during the house inspection, and set up a visit with Santa months after we moved into our new home. Selling my home of 41 years, packing, moving and purchasing a new home in a community I'd never even visited before was no easy task. But thankfully Frank was with me every step of the way, going well beyond any expectations I had of what a realtor did. I started working with Frank before my house was even listed. He sent me daily listings of suitable properties in Langford and suggested I compile a shortlist to visit when I came to the island. When my house was ready for listing he told me the qualities to look for in a realtor and gave me the names of the top selling realtors in my area to interview. When I came down to view the shortlist Frank met me at the airport, coffee in hand, took me on a short tour of Langford and then onto viewings. From all our previous conversations it was clear that Frank understood what I wanted and worked very hard to find me suitable properties. He succeeded. He also walked me step by step through the legal processes of both selling and buying, even helping me to get both movers and a lawyer in Victoria. He was available to answer questions or give advice at all times. He lowered my stress level and calmed my nerves. He is a terrific advocate for his clients with a great knowledge of the local housing market and a great network of connections. He is everything you NEED in a realtor and I can't recommend him highly enough. Thank you, Frank!

Wendy worked with us for quite a while in selecting areas and homes in these areas to view and ultimately to purchase the home we selected. It should be noted that we were out of town for most of the process, but Wendy was always available and worked for us here staying in contact the whole time. She established our needs and wants and worked very hard to get these for us. Wendy was very helpful getting all kinds of information and worked hard to negotiate a good deal .
