Over the past 35 years Wendy and Frank have successfully owned a chain of retail stores in western Canada, a land development company in the Okanagan, managed a resort, built & sold luxury beach-front villas in the Caribbean, bought and sold real estate in the south eastern USA. Leveraging this extensive knowledge of business, real estate and life skills, allows us to provide expert advice while assisting our clients through the challenging process of acquiring or selling real estate. After 39 years of marriage, Wendy and I love to spend time exploring Victoria and area, socializing with family and friends, travel, fishing, boating and golf when we have time. We have a passion to help those less fortunate. Frank is a Tennessee trained, licensed Auctioneer and donates his expertise and time to numerous charity auctions throughout the city, year around.
