Excellent experience working with Noel Yii and Ivan Lung in Burnaby. Although I live out of the country, Noel and Ivan provided amazing assistance, expert guidance, and invaluable support with preparing and selling my mom's (estate) condo. They have strong professional contacts, went out of their way to speak to the neighbors to ease the sale, and communicated regularly.
