We sold our condo and bought a townhouse during the COVID upsizing craze. Noel staged our condo brilliantly and attracted many interested parties within the first week. Leona and Gabe were tireless in helping us search for the townhouse. To our immense pleasure and surprise, they found us a townhouse that checked absolutely ALL of our boxes. We were ready to settle for a small-ish and expensive townhouse, but we were able to get a large townhouse, under our budget, great design, great floorplan, solid build, not old, and in our ideal location! Couldn't have asked for anything better.
