Working with Team Vince Chan was once again an excellent team to work with. This was our third time my husband and worked with them to buy and sell from our apartment, townhouse to half duplex. We can’t imagine working with any other team to find a home (especially during a pandemic). When buying, Leona and Gabriel were very quick, responsive, and accompanied us to view many places to help us find the home that works for us. They listened well and were adaptive to our changing needs during a very competitive housing market. We appreciate all of their work, approach and care through this challenging process. Noel and Gabriel were great with selling our place faster than expected. They were professional, friendly and reliable. Strong communication make everything go smoothly. This is a team that delivers! We appreciate them so much for everything and would recommend to everyone.
