My property was her very 1st sale in approx. 2005. Although a little nervous she done excellent job for me. In all out transaction i found Valarie very honest and up to date on all aspects of Buying and selling property. is always very friendly and good social skills. Over the years Valarie and i have became friends and I even quiz some her clients and they all have given me an excellent report on her business skills and all were very happy with transaction. Valarie was a pleasure to work with. She was extremely, knowledgeable, insightful and accessible. She clearly looks out for her client’s needs in a very attentive way. She is a great listener and was willing to hear our suggestions while never being overly aggressive with hers. Although, she was always forthcoming with points of interest she believed would benefit us. I wouldn’t hesitate to enlist her services again. In fact we intend to do so in the not to distant future.
