Valarie came in during a very rushed period for my family as we were relocating out of country. Unfortunately the relocation company forgot to start the sale process and as such Valarie had to do a lot of the correspondence virtually. Luckily she worked with us on how to stage the house to be attractive, but not completely disruptive to our day to day activities. In all, we sold our house within 5 days on the market which is exactly what we needed!

Valarie’s expertise and compassion guided us start to finish through the process of finding our first home. The time she took to get to know us, our needs and preferences helped her match us with properties that suited us best, and her knowledge helped us feel confident in every decision along the way. We were particularly appreciative of her ability to help us see beyond the surface and identify potential concerns during each viewing so that we could feel confident in our offer. We couldn’t be more thrilled about our new home and we have Val to thank for that!
