We were first-time homebuyers facing an uphill battle in this market. Valarie did a great job both managing our expectations (at our budget and given the circumstances) as well as keeping us hopeful.

When negotiating the purchase price of our property she was instrumental in getting us a fair price. She got all the paperwork done in an efficient manner and made the transaction go over very smoothly. I would highly recommend using her as an agent and will definitely work with her again in the future.</p>
