As a first time seller, Twila made my experience so easy. She gave exactly the right advice on improvements I needed to do before putting it on the market. She then kept me up to date with each agent that showed the property and gave me any feedback that they provided. My property sold in less than a month!! Twila then supplied me with a list of lawyers to consider and gave me instruction on what all needed to be cancelled on my end. She made it seem very simple for me. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for an agent that gives 110 percent!!!
