Twila was introduced to us through a mutual friend that recommended her when we decided sell our acreage we resided at for 14 years - the acreage where we raised both our children. This was not only the sale of our beloved house but the only home we've known together as a family. Twila was up for the challenge - immediately she knew the task ahead of her, get the house sale ready and balance the emotions attached to the property to help ease us out of it making us comfortable with the entire process. Unlike other realtors we had spoken with Twila let us take the drivers seat when making decisions on how we thought we wanted the sale of the home to go - In other words, Twila took to the time to listen to us. She didn't come into our home demanding thousands of dollars in changes and upgrades - she made smart suggestions utilizing what had in front of us knowing that our timeline of sale was tight. Twila is prepared and organized, on our first meeting with Twila she brought market comparables, information on all the tools she uses to market your home, how those tools are used, and set realistic timelines and goals from preparing - listing - selling. Twila uses MLS, her own website, multiple social media platforms, a professional photographer (not poorly taken camera phone pictures), a drone with high resolution photographs of your property - ours was an acreage. During the sale we received timely updates and feedback from potential buyers - which weren't many since Twila sold our home in 3 days - THREE DAYS - for our ASKING PRICE! Lets talk about the sale, we ended up receiving multiple offers for our home which is great in most situations however if you recall we had very tight timelines to work with - This is where Twila shined again. She sat with us going through the contracts playing out different scenarios that worked for our family's need. Twila is always thinking 3 steps ahead in the process, when we asked about lawyers - our paperwork was already there, land surveys - she already had it handled.
