She did research on the properties I was interested in and came with points to consider for now and the future. She offered her vast knowledge of the town and surrounding area, including bylaws and rules that would affect my decisions. She sacrificed time on a very important day to her family to ensure I was able to view and make an offer on my home! Twila brought the know-how AND her incredibly kind, positive approach to every interaction. If I were wanting to sell or buy in the future, there is no question on who I would call first!
