Twila has a solid knowledge of the Innisfail market. She was helpful, courteous and prompt. She was able to show us a good selection of properties in our price range as well as a couple above and below to establish the proper range. Her knowledge was helpful when negotiating the price as well. We would recommend her to anyone and will not hesitate to use her in the future if the need arises.

Twila not only helped in the purchase of our acreage but also picked up the slack with our realtor for the sale of our previous home. She walked us through both processes and was always a source of information and clarity for both our purchase and sale. She walked me off the ledge a couple times and we can’t thank her enough in getting us through a very stressful time. She also followed up with us after possession showing her true commitment to her clients.

We loved Twila, she always went out over and above to answer all our questions. She always got back to us extremely quickly and found whatever we needed. She was friendly and easy to talk to. More of friend than a realtor! She will be our go to from here on out! Thanks a million Twila!
