Trevor is excellent ! He helped me find an excellent newly renovated multi-unit investment property a couple years ago, and we were the first to see it once it hit the market. This month he listed one of the rental units for me and had it rented in a week. He is able to get a lot more exposure by pushing it out to multiple sites via his tool suite. On top of that he pre-screens tenants to save time and reduce showings, which causes less interruption with the current tenants. Trevor goes above and beyond, and invests a lot of time and effort helping clients achieve their goals, which is why he's part of my team. Thanks again Trevor ! John

My wife and I accidentally met Trevor while we were viewing a newly listed property. We were excited and proud to have Trevor act as our agent to find as we were working on our own. During the weeks that followed after we met, Trevor kept us up to date with listings in the area that were available. Trevor made himself available to us on last minute notice and was always available for viewing of new found houses. Trevor is very knowledgeable of the real estate industry and was quick to point out the pros and cons of the various listings we were viewing. Trevor kept us up to date on the market trends, price wars and good market locations. On a daily basis he sent us new listings to our e-mails which were very convenient to look at our own time. We are grateful that Trevor took such efforts to search and find us a beautiful home. Even after finding us a beautiful home he didn't stop providing excellent service. Trevor event put a new filter in the furnace of our new home. He is a great agent and went out of his way on many occasions and we were fortunate to accidentally meet him.

Working with Trevor was an absolute breeze. As a first-time home buyer, I obviously knew nothing and seeing as it was mid-pandemic things were pretty chaotic in the market. However, my understanding of the process really ramped up quickly after meeting Trevor. He looked at things in the listings that just made sense in hind-site, but that I wouldn't have thought to ever check. He had great insight on the areas I was considering, had very strong sale-price predictions on individual locations and was very open to my strategies (even the ones that made no sense at all). This buying experience was mentally exhausting for me, but having him guide me through it made it work out in the end. I ultimately bought a pretty perfect house for me and that is, without a doubt, primarily because of Trevor being involved in the process.

Trevor was great, led me through all the ropes buying my first place, had lots of great experience and knowledge to share. Was not easy in this market but Trevor always kept my spirits up and help me make it happen. I would HIGHLY recommend!
