We had a property that we converted into 2 units. The first unit was listed during Christmas which is low season and the other in the depth of winter. Trevor made himself available over the Christmas break to help us which we really appreciated as it was tough to find an agent during that time. He has great communication skills and found us awesome tenants for both units. He was knowledgeable and I appreciate all the extra clauses he put in the lease/contract that protects us as landlords. Many of these things I didn’t necessarily think about so I appreciate him having all that information. He was quick to incorporate any feedback we had and provided good perspective that helped us make better decisions in pricing/picking tenants/how to position ourselves considering market trend changes. Trevor is a terrific realtor and a great person to work with. Our daughter referred Trevor to us, as Trevor helped her and her fiancé buy a home two years ago. Trevor took the time to get to know us to better understand what we wanted. Trevor helped us buy the perfect rural home and then sell our current house. We couldn’t be happier with the process or the results, and it was Trevor’s knowledge, experience and professionalism that made it possible. Trevor is a no pressure person and explained all situations, giving us all the options and possible outcomes, and then left the decisions to us. One area to note was the way Trevor staged and presented our house. It was amazing to see how well our listing showed. We decluttered and then left the rest to Trevor and his team. The pictures and walk through video we’re professional grade, and the drone footage was a nice touch. I would highly recommend Trevor if buying or selling, as you’ll be in excellent hands.

Trevor is an agent like no other. He cares about his clients, he went above and beyond to ensure my family and I found our dream house and also sold our previous house over our desired price.
