After years of casual perusal of the hot Ottawa housing market, I had occasion to interact with many real estate agents. Trevor stood out to me, and when it became time to get serious about breaking into the market at last, I immediately called him first. Trevor took the time and made the effort to truly understand my unique unusual criteria, and we got down to business. I’m the type to want a very full understanding of everything, and I was starting from nearly scratch in real estate, but Trevor caught me up quickly. He helped me with budget, value, tactics, and many other details. He made out-of-the-box suggestions to make sure I was evaluating all options. With a bit of luck on our side, we found just the place in a matter of days. He helped me do an initial inspection and then a thorough one with a professional. His knowledge of Ottawa trends and quirks was impressive. We did thorough comparables analysis, and established a bidding plan. And it worked! We bought my first house on the first try, at a price I was comfortable paying! At no time did I feel any pressure. He continued to help me through the whole process, quarterbacking all the procedures until my mortgage broker and lawyer took over. After it was all done, knowing money was tight after just buying my first home solo, and that the house didn’t come with a stove, he went over and above to connect me to another client who was upgrading their stove and arranged an in-kind exchange where we all benefitted. (He even helped with the labour to move it!) What a guy. He knows his stuff, he works hard, and he cares about his clients. Give Trevor a chance — you won’t be disappointed.

We struggled for over a month on our own with applying to several rental units when we decided to get some help. Trevor had shown us a place previously so we asked him for his help which he was happy to do. We saw several places until we found the perfect place and finally applied to it. With his fantastic help we got it on the first try! Outstanding realtor, he is worth it trust me! Amazing ☺

He was accommodating and flexible when we wanted to see multiple houses on the same day in different areas, and we trusted him to know and tell us when there were red flags with a property we wouldn’t normally see. He understood what we were looking for, and it is exactly what we ended up with. Buying and selling with Trevor was stress free and everything worked out seamlessly.
