My experience with Layne and Trevor was amazing. I answered my door and these two young men , greeted me with a smile, bottle of wine, and a card. Unfortunately I had a family emergency and they took over and supported me %100. They sold my home. You are the best.

Trevor and Layne know the Mill Bay market very well. As a neighbour Trevor is trustworthy and works hard to build relationships and they contribute to community. Their extensive contacts with other realtors and prospective buyers and sellers help to facilitate smooth transactions. I really appreciated Trevor's last minute help with loading our moving truck and taking away some unwanted items.

I would absolutely recommend Trevor. He’s hard working, punctual, knows the market and is amazing to work with! He is surely one of the best in the business. He made the whole process of buying a place very easy and straightforward. I’m so glad he was my realtor!

Trevor went above and beyond for us on our home purchase, which was in an area quite a distance from his office. He made several trips there for us and was always available to chat or provide info almost immediately. Great communication, easy to talk to, can tell he genuinely enjoys helping people. We just purchased a home in the mid-upper island region with Trevor as our agent. This is not his usual region of sales so we couldn’t expect him to know a lot about the town he drove two hours to meet us in. He did however guide and counsel us wisely through a swift transaction and negotiation. He negotiated with deft and conscientious cleverness on our behalf. He is reassuring, informative, very friendly, patient and attentive and addressed calmly and swiftly all the questions my serious hard-core buying comrades confronted him with. He is an extremely likeable person who takes his job very seriously. And he does this with heart, something that, for me, is invaluable when going through the process of something so stressful and vulnerable as buying (or selling) a home. Trevor’s presence offers the warmth and comfort of immediate friendship that he backs up with solid professionalism and confidence.
