We just purchased a home in the mid-upper island region with Trevor as our agent. This is not his usual region of sales so we couldn’t expect him to know a lot about the town he drove two hours to meet us in. He did however guide and counsel us wisely through a swift transaction and negotiation. He negotiated with deft and conscientious cleverness on our behalf. He is reassuring, informative, very friendly, patient and attentive and addressed calmly and swiftly all the questions my serious hard-core buying comrades confronted him with. He is an extremely likeable person who takes his job very seriously. And he does this with heart, something that, for me, is invaluable when going through the process of something so stressful and vulnerable as buying (or selling) a home. Trevor’s presence offers the warmth and comfort of immediate friendship that he backs up with solid professionalism and confidence. I trust his abilities and his ethical approach to business and life, completely.

The guys were fun to deal with. Very efficient. Always available to comment and help. Couldn't have done this without their help, My dog even loved Trevor. That was rare for her so I knew that was a sign. Would recommended to anyone needing help. These guys were awesome.
