In a difficult market, Trevor and Layne pulled out all the stops and used their creativity and experience to ensure our property was front and centre. They worked closely together with us to ensure we knew exactly what their plan was and listened to our concerns and acted on them. They were as concerned about us as clients as they were about the end result and sale.

I have dealt with Trevor before. As was the case previously, Trevor was totally on his game. He was thorough, respectful and showed perseverance. Even though the market dynamics were in a state of transition compared to the previous few years or so, Trevor seemed to adapt effortlessly. He knew the market and provided sound advice. His manner was always professional. I trust him implicitly and would utilize his services again without hesitation if the need should arise.
