It was a very easy with Trevor and Layne. They told us how it was going to go, and that’s the way it when. I highly recommend them, and would definitely use their service again. A fun, exciting way to sell a house with great success.

was looking at houses online & ask a question. Within 5-10 mins had a call from Layne. He was so helpful answering all my questions, then got me in to see houses in the next few days.  He was amazing setting appts everytime my partner & I called, worked around our two crazy work schedule we both had.  When we finally fell in love with a house & he was busy, he had Trevor show us the house. Well Trevor was amazing that day, he took my partner to see the house during the day. Well she fell in love with it and said I must see it that day. Trevor arranged for me to see it after work at 9pm, amazing. After seeing it, I fell in love with it also.  Trevor & Layne made it happen for us to get in a bid on the house under the wire. We did get the house....thanks to them. Even though we had an excepted offer on the house & we needed to check more things out, Trevor went out of his way two more times to get us in.  I would recommend Britton Realty to family & friends. If you want an expert realtor to sell your home and also sell the area where it is located it would be foolish to not use the one that lives in your neighbourhood. That's what we did and we couldn't have been happier. We asked for a quick, stress free deal for the price we expected and that is exactly what we got; we never even needed to get to the taking of professional pictures stage, it was that quick! The sales team was easy to contact and easy to deal with, out of our hair when we didn't need them, and immediately accessible when we did. Trevor was nothing short of amazing to work with, I'm a first time home owner and had no idea where to begin and he was professional, patient, and funny He is truely so passionate and knowledgeable at what he dose.He will treat you like family. He honestly will work so hard to find you a place to call home. Being a first time home owner and single mother of two I had hoops to jump through for the bank and he went over and beyond to make sure I stayed on task and fulfilled my dreams. There is no task to big or small for this team. Give them a shot you won't regret it :)

Trevor and Layne provided confidence throughout the process. Very pleased with their knowledge of Mill Bay area. They included professional pictures and other media that was important at our price point. Have worked with other realtors before but will recommend Trevor and Layne.
