<p>Tracy exceeded all my expectations! With her 25 years experience she was a valuable asset on giving sound, realistic advice on property values and expectations. She assisted in getting the house ready for showing and introduced us to Anna who helped in the staging of the property. The house was only on the market for three days before we received two offers . She was instrumental in negotiating a selling price in excess of the listing price. Throughout the process Tracy was communicating with us never leaving any doubt that she was engaged and working hard to sell our property. Thanks Tracy for a job well done!</p>

<p>Tracy did a spectacular job at informing me about the market, similar properties and expectations in relation to positioning my property to accomplish my sales goals. We listed well and my expectations were more than met with the final deal!<br /> In spite of the market having cooled a bit since the frenzy earlier in the year, Tracy's diligence had offers in my lap within the first few days with a signed offer shortly after my showing.<br /> Tracy communicated frequently and was very responsive to all of my questions and concerns.<br /> Should I buy or sell again in the Niagara area, I would absolutely use Tracy and would highly recommend her to my friends and colleagues.</p>

<p>Our experience with Tracey Phelan as a real estate agent was exceptional -- better than we could have hoped for. She made herself available even late one Sunday afternoon when she would have wanted to be at home with her family. For the successful offer she helped to finalize the paperwork to purchase after 10 in the evening so that it could be presented first thing in the next morning. We feel that she did her job well in helping to put everything together -- from the showing of several properties, to sending listings via e-mail, to the setting up how much mortgage was available to the final advice about a lawyer and all that needed to take place to be able to say "the offer was accepted -- it is a done deal." We were also impressed that Tracy advised against several of the properties she showed -- sometimes we can get carried away with how a house is presented and how nice it looks -- she pointed out the features that might not have worked for us.<br /> We would definitely recommend Tracy Phelan to anyone looking for a reliable, friendly, accessible, and knowledgeable agent.
