Tracy was very helpful in presenting how much to charge for our house and explained why she arrived at the price. She went out of her way to show us how to arrange our home to present its best viewpoint. She supplied many things to add to the rooms to make them more attractive. She helped us in contacting our lawyer etc. She was always ready and willing to help whenever I called her (and it was quite often). I would recommend her for anyone to use in buying or selling a house. Thanks so much to Tracy from my wife and I. The house sold in 4 days after posting.

As a first-time home buyer, Tracy's professionalism, negotiation skills and great communication were very much appreciated. She is highly knowledgeable about the market, and helped to make the process seamless. Since I don't currently have a car, she went out of her way to take us to showings.
