We have purchased several homes with Tracey over the past nine years. Each time she has been professional, friendly and always took the time to help us purchase the homes for our needs. From our current home to rental properties, she kept us well informed of the market, and helped us with our investments in the market to achieve our future goals. We also liked that when ever we had a question about the market or a property in mind, she always returned our calls in a timely manner and cheerful response. We look forward to working with Tracey in the future and love the fact that our son is now a second generation home owner through Tracey.

Listing in the Summer months was questionable for us at first, but Tracy Phelan soon put our doubts aside when we received an offer the first week on the market! Tracy’s many years in the Real Estate industry really does show in her professionalism especially on her approach to market our home and when it came to the offer of purchase , she negotiated a deal we were both very happy with. Our property is in a very well kept Condominium complex and Tracy is fully aware of the different variables that come along with how Condominium corporations are run. We have purchased and sold with Tracy in the past and will continue to refer all our friends and family for anyone that needs great real estate services! I will miss Tracy’s Happy Chirpy phone greetings that made me smile every time when she was keeping us posted on activity on our home!

Tracy is very professional, friendly and made the whole process of selling our home painless and even fun. She was a real pleasure to work with, you can tell she really enjoys what she does and has a real passion for helping people sell their homes. She put in the extra effort into getting our house out there on the market and advertised both on the web through social media and through more traditional methods such as going door to door. She really has an understanding about how much great photography can be really important to selling a property and the importance of using social media to get the word out there. She’s also really great to talk to, giving us advice on staging and pricing our home during the whole process. I would highly recommend Tracy to help you sell your home or help you find a new one. She’s pretty awesome :)

From our first request to meet with us she was punctual, courteous, polite, and came prepared with a plethora of neighbourhood past and present real estate property values to help us prepare for the sale of our home. Tracy made my 94 year old mother feel relaxed and comfortable through the whole experience. She was moving from a house she lived in for 60 + years into a retirement home and the transition was done well. Tracy kept us aware of all her activities either by email, texting or phone calls. She gave us good advice on what to do to help enhnace the home for ease of selling. When all was said and done we ended up with more than our actual asking price.
