As a first time homebuyer, there was a lot I didn't know about buying a house and what to look for or even what I wanted. Tracie immediately made me feel so comfortable and confident that we would find my dream house, and we did! Because I'm also not from Kingston, she took me on a whole tour of the city to get a feel for the different neighbourhoods. She figured out who I was and what I was looking for, and was able to really help me narrow down my search. She is so knowledgeable and kind and I knew she was looking out for me and my best interests throughout the process. Would highly recommend Tracie to anyone looking to buy in Kingston, but especially to first time homebuyers!
