Todd was great to work with! He not afraid to jump in get things done. Never seen an agent that put as much effort and time into a sale! I also witnessed him in action on the sale of my daughter's house. Have delt with many agents over the years with the many sales. Todd made it so easy. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the areas we were interested living in, he was always responsive and overall, his negotiation skills got us the place we wanted. Couldn't have done this process with anyone else, the market was so competitive and despite a high level of interest on the property, we managed to get it!
