Todd took the stress out of my first home purchase. He is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to structure/foundation, renovations, utilities, maintenance needs, neighbourhood considerations and beyond. There were no questions he could not answer. Todd quickly helped me find the best home for my needs, and we completed the transaction in approximately two weeks. He referred an excellent mortgage broker to assist with financing. Todd was a pleasure to work with. Despite this being a fairly low-value transaction (residential rental), he was engaged, very responsive, and caring.
