Todd helped us purchase our first home, and helped us sell it a few years later when we were ready for an upgrade. From the first time we met Todd, it was very apparent that only was he extremely professional and knowledgable, but he really cared about what was best for us and our growing family. His wisdom and guidance made our first home purchase perfectly smooth. When we sold the house a few years later, he went above and beyond to help us pull everything together and get the house ready. We were able to get a record breaking price for our street/area, something we definitely did not think was possible! He has earned honorary title of Uncle Todd to our kids - they love him just as much as we do (and probably would rate him 10 stars if they could)

Incredibly dedicated to getting you what you want. Helped find our dream home and prep our home for sale while we were preparing to welcome a baby. He has two sides, his work boots, in there making your house marketable and the clean cut seller who finds those potential buyers and showcases the home in the best way possible. Todd is an amazing realtor and went on to buy and sell for my parents and their friends. Would recommend him to anyone. So glad we circled back to use him, he’s like family now! Thank you Todd!

We couldn't have asked for a better agent to prepare us, advise us, guide us, assist us and sell our home. Todd was with us every step of the way from the first day he arrived to see the home, until the home was sold and thereafter. He went above and beyond helping us personally to prepare our home to list. He provided incredible staging that turned our home into a masterpiece. He brought professionals in to create a video walk thru and professional photographs of our home. Todd was engaged in the process of getting our home ready for 21 days and could often be found with a paint brush in his hand painting baseboards. He held 2 weekends of open houses in the short 10 days we were on the market, selling the house to one of the guests who walked through. His attention to detail is incredible and we had a lot of fun along the way. We trusted him because months earlier, he took care of my daughter and son-in-law on their sale and proved he was exceptional. I would highly recommend Todd! He is the best of the best :)

After finding our downsize retirement property with Todd, he was able to help us stage and sell our primary home in less than a week for over asking that met our target number. Todd help in staging and getting our home ready for the market was all the difference in us getting out of old home and able to enjoy our new property without the worry of carrying the two homes.
