Tim was extremely knowledgeable about the market when acting as our agent. Above and beyond that, he was always ready and willing to show us any and all houses we wanted to see. When we had questions, he was prompt to answer and often dig deeper to find other, related information. He made clear the process, and made sure each step was clear to us.
