Tim's response to my initial query was surprisingly prompt. After our introductory meeting he emailed me an explanation and breakdown of the numbers associated with the rental income property that I wanted to sell, along with his own recommendations, that seemed on the mark and was genuinely useful. Particularly helpful was the list of comparable properties with Tim's handwritten notes and tips jotted in, clearly intended to clarify and explain the industry jargon and considerations to the co-owner and myself. Tim was easygoing but professional and the related agents courteous and reliable. As it stands, the sale has taken much less time then I anticipated and we should receive more then the price we listed at.
